ProxiHealth is designed and operated in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). All health data is processed under a lawful basis, stored with encryption at rest and in transit, and subject to strict access controls. Patients retain the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for their data at any time. Data controllers using ProxiHealth remain the primary handlers under NDPA; our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request for institutional customers.
